12.5 inch blades / 19.5 inches overall
The blades are made of poplar, the hilts are aspen. Grips are wrapped with leather. Painted with a metallic red paint and textured to give them a look something like blood constructs.

Amazing work! I like to work with wood too. How did you attach the handle to the blade? Did you have two half of the handle then carve a little out the inside of each then fit it over the blade or just carve/ drill out the handle piece to fit the blade or some other wood magic??
